Well the cost itself is downright sick, but it would payoff in the long run. The way I see it, there should be one build all over the world (in appropriate spots of course). It’s a efficient way of getting energy/power without hurting the air by spewting pollutions into it. Think people! Tidal waves come in ALL the time, and fish would learn to just move away from it so it wouldnt really affect any habitats for too long!
